Deadline up to 3 monthsI always aim to complete commissions as quickly as possible, but quality takes time! If something unexpected comes up and I can’t make the deadline, I may offer a complimentary chibi or headshot as an apology
If I foresee any delays, that violate the specified deadlines (e.g., health issues, emergencies), I will inform you as soon as possible

Sketch: up to three feedback sessions

Each additional message sent after the edit request has been approved will be counted as a separate edit request for the next session, so please list everything you’d like to adjust in one goMy base work process includes work on requested changes during feedback sessions. If you want complete control and like to be involved in every detail of the process, this is provided as a separate service with a different price

Work-in-Progress Updates:
I appreciate that you are very excited about your commission, but please try not to poking me unless necessary. I always do my best to finish quickly and will share updates as soon as I have something to show you. Poking me won’t speed things up - it’ll just make me more stressed and less productive
So let’s keep it chill and stress-free for both of us 🌸If you haven’t received the initial sketch within the agreed timeframe, feel free to poke me - maybe I genuinely forgot (or maybe aliens stole my memory of your commission 👽). In that case, poking is 100% okay!

Receiving & Using Artwork

Artwork Files:
- The finished artwork will be sent as a PNG file in one or more versions
