Terms Of Service

I do draw

- SFW & NSFW artwork
- Anthro, feral, taur, humanoid, aliens, and monsters
- All genders & sexual orientations
- Solo, couples, and groups
- Redesigns & custom designs
- Most soft and extreme kinks and fetishes
- Natural backgrounds (forests, fields, grass, mushrooms, caves) and possible items (chests, gold, crystals, etc.)

I don't draw

- Underage/child characters
- Feces, fart, watersport, vomit
- Humanoid x Feral
- Complex mechanical designs
- Political or religious propaganda
- Buildings, complex rooms backgrounds
- Anything that makes me uncomfortable

General

- Prices listed are for personal use only
- I retain full copyright, usage, and portfolio display rights to artworks
- No NFT usage
- No AI usage (training, datasets, generation)
- I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw
- Respectful communication is required
- Artistic freedom is part of the process. Variations should be expected
- NSFW commissions are available to adults (18+) only, I am not responsible for false age claims

Payment

Work begins only after payment is receivedPayment methods:

Refunds

- You may cancel before payment is made
- Refunds are not possible due to the limitations of the payment platforms used
- Chargebacks are strictly prohibitedFiling a chargeback will:
- Forfeit your rights to use the artwork
- Place you on a blacklist
- Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit

Deadline

Estimated turnaround: up to 3 months, depending on queue and complexityUnexpected delays may affect deadlines, but I’ll inform you in advance whenever possibleCommunication is important. Lack of feedback for over one month removes the deadline - the commission will continue at my own pace

Work Process

Updates are sent at key stages: Sketch, Lineart, Flat Colors, ShadingEdits:
Sketch — up to 3 edit sessions
(In rare cases, major sketch revisions may require an additional fee)Lineart — up to 2 minor edit sessions
(Major edits may cost extra)Mistakes on my end will always be corrected free of chargeAdditional revisions will be charged $10-$50 USD depending on complexityOne edit session = one message (or multiple messages sent together) containing all requested changes. Additional messages sent later count as a new edit sessionMy standard workflow includes limited feedback sessions. Full process control and frequent revisions are a separate service

Receiving & Using Artwork

Artwork Files:
- The finished artwork will be sent as a PNG file in one or more versions
- PSD files are not provided unless previously agreed uponUse of Artwork:
I’m always happy when you share my artwork on your social media, e621, or any other platform! I would be thankful, if you would credit me as the artist when posting or reposting- Personal use — included
- Private/non-public use — +50%
- Commercial use — starting at +150%, case by case
- Adopts/designs — can be resold, gifted, or traded by the owner
