● The deadline is three months
● Should I not be able to meet this deadline, you will receive an extra chibi or headshot gift from me
● If you require a faster completion date, we can arrange this, but please note that it may result in additional costs
● Please refrain from contacting me frequently for updates on your commissions. Rest assured that I have not forgotten about them, and inquiries every day or every week will not expedite the processWork process
● Describe to me in as much detail as possible your wishes about the commission, attach all the necessary references
● After receiving payment, I will begin working and send you updates on the process. Updates will be sent for approval in stages: sketch, lineart with flat colors, and shaded
● At the sketching stage, I can make three free edits times at your request. Carefully check the anatomical characteristics of characters and correctness of details
● If you want to request edits to the work which are not due to a mistake on my part, then there may be an additional fee for these revisions, starting from the lineart stage
● Simple edits, such as changing the color tone of some part, are free during the flat color stage
● When the artwork is completed, you will receive the PNG file in one or more versions. Please note that I do not send PSD files unless it has been agreed upon in advanceI reserve the right to use my artwork for self-promotion and distribution unless otherwise agreed upon
